Within the framework of the public consultation procedure on the Draft Action Plan for the implementation of multilingual education, as well as the related draft normative acts, the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities would like to offer the attached comments and suggestions in a constructive spirit, with the aim of strengthening the Action Plan and supporting its effective implementation.
